the observatory for pump.fun
Every coin has a
birth chart.
Every launch on pump.fun is charted to the second it was minted: real planetary positions from a real ephemeris, cast for Null Island (0°N 0°E), where every coin is born. Graduation is destiny fulfilled.
The Nurserylive births
Every coin minted on pump.fun, charted the second it appears.
Destiny Fulfilledgraduations
Coins that completed the curve. Was it written?
Waiting for the next graduation…
The Retrograde Experiment
Do coins born under Mercury retrograde graduate less often? We stopped guessing and started counting. Every birth is tagged with Mercury's motion at that second, and every graduation is traced back to its birth. Mercury turns direct on …, and the count keeps going so the two can be compared.
Counted live from the pump.fun firehose since the observatory opened. Graduations of coins born before it opened aren't counted toward either cohort. This is astrology. It is also a real dataset.

How the observatory works
Real sky
Positions of the Sun, Moon and eight planets come from astronomy-engine, a VSOP87-grade ephemeris, for the exact second each coin was minted. Tropical zodiac, whole-sign houses.
Null Island
Coins have no birthplace, so every chart is cast for 0°N 0°E. The Rising sign changes every two hours or so and moves a degree every four minutes, so two coins minted ten minutes apart get different charts.
Witnessed, archived, on-chain
Births are witnessed live from the pump.fun firehose. Older graduates come from an archive of 57,909 mint times. Anything else is read from the chain: the blockTime of the token's first transaction.
